Subscription Terms

• DutyGlobal offers free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are available on a monthly or annual billing cycle.
• Subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date.
• Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to paid features until that date.
• You may upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Plan changes are prorated according to Stripe's billing logic.
• We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change applies to their next renewal.
• Fair use: automated or bulk usage that significantly exceeds normal interactive use may be throttled or suspended.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from DutyGlobal using automated tools, bots, or scripts without prior written permission.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the service.
• Use the service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the service.
• Share your account credentials with third parties or allow multiple users to access a single-user account.

Intellectual Property

All content, calculators, algorithms, branding, and design elements on DutyGlobal are the intellectual property of DutyGlobal and its operators. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the service without prior written consent. The data you enter into our calculators remains yours.

Limitation of Liability

DutyGlobal provides its tools and content on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DutyGlobal disclaims all warranties, express or implied. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to incorrect estimates, business losses, or regulatory penalties.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in behaviour that harms the service or other users. You may close your account at any time by contacting us at support@dutyglobal.com.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of DutyGlobal shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.
